Hot Street Gas Rules
1. Truck must be one ton or smaller, 496 CID max. 2. Engine and Transmission and Rear end must match the make of truck. Axles must be one ton or less. 3. Engine can run a dual plane intake (Edelbrock performer, factory stock, Weiand street warrior) May run a spread bore intake. With no vacuum restriction. Engine that run a single plane intake must pull 13 inches of vacuum at 1000 rpm’s. 4. Must run OEM cast iron heads & Block out of production vehicle. Headers are allowed with 3” collector. exhaust, must have a type of muffler and exit behind the cab. 5. All engine acc. Must be belt driven off the crank (water pump, alternator, power steering). A/C compressor may be removed or unhooked. Electric fans may be used. 6. Aftermarket ignition may be used no larger than MSD 6AL or equivalent. 7.Fuel Requirements, If it can be purchased at a pump, it is allowed. E85 blend is allowed. NO INJECTABLES. 8. Turbochargers and / or superchargers are not allowed unless it came equipped from the factory. 9. Max 4150 carburetor, no larger than 1 3⁄4 “ butterflies in base plate. Fuel injection may be run, and must use a factory fuel injection system with factory intake and throttle body no larger than 92mm. Performance fuel pumps and filters are allowed. Fuel lines no larger than 3⁄8” ID. (1 supply line, 1 return line) 10. Fuel cells allowed. Must mounted in bed. 11. Wheel base Can not be longer than a factory crew cab long bed 12. No gutting or cutting allowed. 13. Front and rear factory suspension components, including unaltered spring packs must be retained. Extended bump stops or blocks may be used and must be removable. 14. Brakes must present and working on all 4 corners. 15. Front and rear traction bars are allowed, must be bolted in and removable. 16. Must run removable reese style hitch mounted to the rear of the frame rails. With no structures from the hitch to axle. No drawbar type or mid mount hitches. Hook point must protrude beyond the stock length frame rails and bed floor, distance from hook point to center rear axle must be no less than 42” maximum 26” hitch height. 17. Must run solid receiver 2” or larger with hood point minimum 3.5 hole. Maximum thickness of 1.5 x 1.5. 18. Tires and wheels must be DOT approved unaltered, and street legal. No Duals. 19. Can run weights on the front of truck IF they are behind grill or bumper, and must NOT be seen. (MUST APPEAR STOCK) 20. Each truck may only be entered once in the class for scoring purposes. If additional hooks are desired, it is up to the tech officials whether or not to allow additional exhibition hooks. 21. Must have safety chains or loops around driveshafts. Super Stock 2WD Rules
1. Engine- 530 cubic inch limit. Top 3 trucks will be pump tested at the end of the year. Refusal to allow pump test will result in Disqualification from Points and will only be allowed to pull exhibition following year. 2. Natuarally aspirated single carb, no power adders 3. Engine Heads- Ford engines must run a cast iron head only BBC engines must run a conventional style 24 degree head, no spread port or raised intake runners. 4. Tire Size-Must be a DOT approved tire, 35x 12.50 or equivalent as marked by DOT 5. Hitch- Hook point must be a minimum 20" from the center of rear axle, must be pinned from the center of the rear axle or back, must be rigid in all directions before, during and after the pull. Must be safe to pull. Hitch height of 26 inches. 6. Wheel base- 140 inches 7. No Tube built chassis. 8. No planetary rear ends. 9. No Lift bodies. 10. Truck must have working brakes. 11. Must have S.F.I. approved flywheel, harmonic balancer and bellhousing or blanket. 12. Must have working kill switch at rear of truck. 13. Must have driveshaft loops and u-joint shields. 14. Must have full firewall and floorboards equal to OEM. Open holes in firewall must be covered. 15. All fuel lines must be approved for fuel use. 16. Must have functioning fire extinguisher and be accessible to driver. 17. Tech committee and Judges have final decision on Rules. 18. No rule changes for 4 yrs- October , 2026 expiration of these rules. Must pull in previous 2 yrs of rules expiration date to vote on rule changes in 2026

Work Stock Diesel Rules
1. CHASSIS; OEM chassis is mandatory. The engine must be in the OEM location for the body used. The vehicle must retain the full OEM chassis. Wheel tubs, back half conversions, tube chassis etc. are prohibited. 2.BODY; The body must be OEM truck body, including the full bed floor. The body must retain full sheet metal. Metal aftermarket hoods are permitted. No Fiberglass hoods. The hood must be securly closed and latched while truck is hooked to sled. Complete OEM firewall and floorpan are mandatory. Stock appearing front bumper. 3.Engine; The engine is limited to a stock appearing, no deck plates are allowed, SFI balancer and hardware, OEM make-specific compression ignition engine. The engine is limited to any diesel engine available in a 1 ton or smaller truck. Transplanting is allowed- Cummins into a Ford etc. 4. Fuel Injection Pump; The fuel injection pump is limited to a stock appearing, OEM engine make specific pump only. The use of multiple high- pressure common-rail fule pumps are allowed. Power Stroke engines with a single factory turbo may utilize a second HPOP. Pumps from different years in the same engine model may be interchanged. 5. Turbocharger; Open S300 Borg-Warner- T4 foot max with T4 bolt pattern. Must be Borg Warner front to back. No billet center sections. No cut/welded eshaust housing or compressor housings. 4 inchcompressor inlet. Exhaoust housing must be visible for inspection. Stock appearing may run Borg Warner S300 center section. No billet centers. Recast covers allowed must be OEM dimensions. No S400 parts allowed. 6.4 power stroke both turbos must be stock appearing. 6. Fuel; The fuel must be pump #1 or #2 diesel only. Soy/ Bio-dielsel fuel is permitted. Off-road diesel fuel is prohibited. Fuel cell in bed only. 7. Exhaust; All trucks must be equipped to direct the exhaust upwards. The exhaust must exit rearward of the driver compartment. Stack thru the hood or fender are prohibited. Two 3/8 bolts must be installed through the exhaust pipe in a cross pattern within a inch of one another as close to turbo as practical. 8. Drive line; Oem transmission and transfer case are mandatory. They must have been and option in 1 ton or smaller truck. 9.Transmission- Transfer case; Non-OEM transmissions are prohibited. Automatic- aftermarket converters, valve bodies and internal components are permitted. Transmission brakes are prohibited. Any non-OEM floor mounted automatic transmission shifter must be equipped with a spring-loaded positive reverse lockout device to prevent shifter from accidentally being put in reverse. A functional neutral safety switch is mandatory. Manual; Aftermarket enternal components are permitted. SFI bell housing or SFI blanket required. Transfer-case; Non OEM tranfer cases are prohibited. It must have been an option in a 1 ton or smaller truck. 10 Suspension Front; The upper mounting point fro the strut assemblies must be in factory location. Adjustable caster/camber pillow ball mounts are permitted. The lower control arm may be strenghthened providing factory mounting points to chassis are maintained. The lower mounting point for the strut assembly may be modified for improved caster or camber. Stut tower braces, lower tie bars, sway bars, and limit straps are permitted. Traction bars and devices are permitted. 11. Suspension Rear; An OEM- style suspension is mandatory. Lowering or raising the trucks height with suspension modifications is permittted. Traction bars and devices are permitted; they must bolt on only, welds are allowed for attachment to frame or axle housing. Control arms may be strengthened or replaced provided all original mountion points are retained. All rear suspensions must use at least on working shock absorber per wheel. 12. Rear- End; Non-OEM rearend housings are prohibited. The rear end must have been and option on a 1 ton or smaller truck. Rear axle bolts must be covered by cap or shield. 13. Driveshft Loops; All trucks must have at least six inch wide u-joint shields around the rear u-joint construckted of at least 1/4 steel or 3/8 aluminum that will contain the u-joint and teh end of the shaft. All shields must be securely mounted to the vehicle. All front shft u-joints that are visible from the side of the truck must be shielded to contain u-joint and end of shaft. 14. Tires; The tires must be DOT street tires. Cuts are prohibited. Single wheel trucks 4- 35 inch max tire or metric equivalent. Dual wheel trucks 6-33 inch max or metric equivalent. 15.Wheel base; The truck must retain the original factory wheelbase and track width. OEM facory dual wheel trucks are permitted. Conversions must be factory OEM parts. 16. Hitch; The hitch must be reciever style hitch, solid mounted, ridged in all directions. Reciever trear bracket must be mounted and attached no more than 8 inches forward of the rear of the frame. Reinforcement are permitted. Reinforcements must not extend forward of the center line of the rear axle.Trick hitches prohibited. The hoolking point must be the rear most point on the truck and must be rearward of the stocklocation of the tailgate. The hitch must be horixontal to the ground and stationary in all directions. The hitchs height may not exceed 26 inches. The hooking point must have a minimum 3075 inch inside diameter opening for the sled hook. The hooking point will be measured from the center of the clevis loop. Reece receiver with solid square shaft, clevis are allowed if using DMI or solid shaft. 26 inch hitch hieght. 17. Steering; The vehicle must retain the full OEM steering gear and power steering assistance if so equipped. Additional stabilizers are permitted. Non OEM power assist prohibited. 18. Batteries; Batteries must be securely mounted. They are prohibited from being in the driver compartment or forward of the radiator core support. 19. Brakes; Four wheel hydraulic brakes are mandatory. 20. Cooling system; Radiator must be in stock location and be of stock size. 21. Interior; A complete interior , including dashboard, door panels, headliner, etc is mandatory. All factory controls must be retained and operative ( lights , signals horn, wipers, etc). No hand throttles. If truck equipped with heavy tinted windows they must be rolled down during hook. 22. Street Equipment; Complete headlight and tail light assemblies are mandatory and must be operative. OEM windshield and windows are mandatory. Windows must work. 23. Driver restraint; OEM restraint system is mandatory and must be used. 24. Ballast; Front wieght bracket and suit case weights are permitted. No weight boxes. No weights in cab. Weights in bed must be secured. Weights may be no more than 60 inches forward of the centerline of front axle. Loss of weight under green flag will result in disqualification. 25. Fire extinguishing ; A fire extingishing system is permitted and should be securly mounted. 26 . Fuel additives: Water injection, Nitrous, propane or any other oxygen extenders is prohibited. All system components must be unplugged or removed from truck. 27.Kill switch; A Kill switch is required. 28. Tow vehicle; Tow vehicle are prohibited , you are not allowed to pull truck up to track with vehicle. 29. Weight ; 8500 # with driver.

4x4 Super Stock
Trucks competing in CITP Hot Street points may pull in this class at 6800lb Trucks meeting BMF Modified Gas 4x4 rules may pull in this class at 6300lb •500 cubic inch limit, Naturally aspirated. May run Aftermarket Iron blocks, Must retain OEM bore spacing. Engine may be no further forward than 14” from rear of block to centerline of front axle. Must have shielding on both sides of engine block for any exposed spark plugs. May use electric water pumps •Aluminum heads allowed. Big Block Chevy Must be conventional (designed with OEM intake bolt pattern and port layout) No Spread Port, Symmetrical Port or Pro Stock heads. Big Block Fords will be allowed to run EX514 and A460 heads. Hemi and Brodix SR20 heads are not allowed. •Intake. Must be cast and retain OEM intake bolt pattern and port layout. Sheet metal intakes are not allowed. •Single carburetor, 4500 dominator maximum. No split or stretched carbs, no fuel injection and no power adders of any kind. •Open headers allowed. Straight upright or down and straight back. No headers pointing toward the ground or outward. •One Ton or smaller OEM frame and front Axle, Rear axle may be F106 or smaller. Drop boxes and reversers allowed. •Wheel base. 133”, Trucks 133”-140” will drop 200lb or 2” of hitch height, over 140” will drop 200lb and 2” hitch height. •Tires. 35 x 12.50 maximum. Must be DOT approved, No cutting or Sipping. Rear tires must track at least half of front tires. •Total weight bar distance is 60” measured from centerline of front axle to furthest object forward. Front tow point on weight bar may be no larger than 5”out X 12” wide and 1” thick and will not count as weight bar distance. •Draw bar or Reese hitch must be no less than 42” from center line of rear axle to chain hook point. No mid mount hitches. No hook points forward from centerline of rear axle. Actual hook point 3”x3.75” horizontal hole with 1.5”x1.5” max at hook point. No higher than 2” above frame rail. Hitch height 26” and must be rigid in all directions. Bars allowed from hitch to rear axle but must be attached below center line of the axle tube. •Must have OEM truck body. If bed is gutted must have bed cover. No flat beds, duallys, or fiberglass bodies. Fiberglass hoods and race seats allowed. Anything in the cab that can be unbolted may be removed, Must have OEM glass for windshield and back window. •Must have OEM firewall and floor pans, or firewall and floor pans made from 18 gauge steel or 3/16 aluminum. Any open holes must be plugged. •Hydraulic steering is allowed •Fuel cells allowed, May be on weight bracket or in/under the bed. No fuel cells or fuel lines will be permitted in the cab. •Must have working front brakes •All engines will have a seal installed at first event. Top 3 trucks will be pump tested at the end of the season. In the event a competitor wishes to protest another truck, a protest form must be completed, and $250 fee must be levied. $50 will go to the pump tech. If the protested truck pumps over 500 cubic inches + 1% (or 540 for Iron headed trucks) the complainant will receive $200 back and the Accused will not be allowed to compete for points or prize money until the issue is resolved. If the engine pumps within limits the accused will receive the $200. Safety regulations •Must have S.F.I approved bell-housing or blanket •Must have S.F.I approved steel flywheel and harmonic balancer •Must have kill switch near hook point. Reverse light at back of truck and must be operational when in reverse •Must have driveshaft loops and u-joint shield at all u-joints •Must have accessible fire extinguisher for the driver. •Not following class specific or general rules may constitute a disqualification.
